Platinum Group Metals (PGMs) are mined in vast quantities all over the world. This totals almost 500 tons each year. It includes platinum, palladium, and rhodium with a growing proportion of PGMs recovered from the recycling process of automotive catalysts, electronic waste (printed circuit boards).
Metals are highly recyclable materials that may be processed in a variety of ways. Global environmental concern is growing, as is the need to recycle as much waste as possible. This especially applies to products that might otherwise end up in landfills.
Reducing the demand for raw materials
Conserving valuable natural resources
Eliminating energy and costs associated with extracting raw materials from the ground
We have the expertise to handle every stage of a transaction, from preparing a firm and tailored offer to trading the recovered materials.
We have close relationships with a number of refineries, and we work with those that provide best returns for each consignment. This enables us to get the best financial return for our customers.
Our team of professionals is ready to make the process of recovering these materials simple for you, with quick response times, quick settlement, and, importantly – the best pricing.
We are interested in purchasing catalytic converters with both metal and ceramic cores.
In our facility, we de-can and crush catalytic converters, analyze material and provide you with the best value based on the current metal market prices. For your convenience, we provide a quick settlement. Check the detailed description of the process below.
We offer spot pricing and grading based on the catalytic converter codes. For larger quantities, we offer toll refining options and nationwide collection.

After receiving the catalytic converters, we remove the ceramic or metal core by removing it from the metal shell with special, purpose-made de-canning machines.
After the cores have been extracted from the shells, the core is processed further. For the ceramic core, the crushing method is applied to crush the extracted material into a fine dust. The metal core is shredded.
After the material has been crushed, a certain sample of the batch is taken and analyzed for the amount of metals contained within a certain measuring unit. In our facility, we conduct primary XRF and secondary ICP analyses.
After having analyzed the sample, we evaluate the value of the batch according to the current precious metal market value and make a proposition for
Our database contains thousands of catalytic converters with photos, that were analysed using the best available technology to provide the most accurate results. It is constantly updated with new units added daily.
